- HTEEC is open to enrolling students alongside KDHE licensing guidelines and program capacity. Students are admitted regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, or sex. HTEEC is not licensed or equipped to care for children with severe special needs. Children with special needs- whether or not they are officially diagnosed- will be enrolled on a case-by-case basis while considering our capacity for accommodations.
  
  Enrollment requires the completion of any Kansas Department of Health & Environment required documents, including Health Assessment and Immunization Records.
  
  Our organization is under the administrative jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. Parents and families must comply with Archdiocesan VIRTUS requirements.
