James Schroeder serves as Holy Trinity’s Director of Liturgy, where he oversees the planning and coordination of the parish’s liturgical life and works to foster reverent, beautiful worship rooted in the Church’s tradition.
In May 2025, James was accepted into diaconate formation for the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas and began the six-year formation and discernment process that September. His formation continues to deepen his love for the Church and his commitment to serving Christ and His people.
Originally from California and one of fifteen children, James attended Benedictine College, where he met his wife, Becca. They have been parishioners at Holy Trinity for eight years and are the grateful parents of seven children. James is honored to serve the parish community that his family calls home and looks forward to supporting the liturgical life of Holy Trinity for years to come.
