Each Advent Holy Trinity's Respect Life Ministry sponsors an "Advent Giving Tree." This tree is decorated with special ornaments and placed in the Main Church lobby. Parishioners are then encouraged to take an "ornament" from the tree, and purchase the item listed for donation. Unwrapped gift items will be sorted and then delivered to the designated charity agency by Respect Life volunteers.
This is a wonderful way to give back to those who need it the most; and a great way to teach your children the joy in giving. Thank you in advance for your generosity of spirit!

This year the Advent Tree will be set up with gifting suggestions available beginning the first weekend of Advent, November 30-December 1. The following agencies will benefit from these gift donations:
Advice and Aid Pregnancy Center
Angels of Grace
Villa St. Francis Nursing Center
Catholic CharitiesWyandotte County and Olathe Pregnancy Centers
- Please bring your unwrapped gifts (with ornament attached) to the parish lobby the weekend of December 14-15.
Venmo donations are also accepted. These monies are used to items not already donated. Using the Venmo app, donate to @htparish -if prompted, use code 4406 - and include Advent Giving Tree in the memo section.
